1845 - Arrendondo Grant

Map of Central Florida showing Alachua, Levy and Marion counties. Levy county was not established until 1845. The map also shows land survey blocks which was completed around 1840. Each block is identified by Section, Township (east-west), and Range (north-south). Example: Micanopy is at 26-11-20.  Land deeds to this day still used this notation.
